FAQ

What people ask before they start

Can people who aren’t developers upload apps?

Drag in the folder they built with an AI coding tool. If a setting is missing or something needs changing, VibeOps asks before uploading, and deploys after the security check.

What about tools made with Excel macros or PowerShell?

VibeOps deploys web apps that open in a browser. Programs that run on a PC aren’t deployed as they are — ask your AI coding tool to turn it into a web app and upload that.

Can we go back to an earlier version if something breaks?

Every successful deploy gets a version number, and you can go back to any of them, or compare the files that changed between two. Team leads roll back live apps.

Do people sign in with company accounts?

Yes — company accounts on Google Workspace or OIDC. You can also set rules that assign the department and role by email on first sign-in.

Can we see who uploaded or changed what?

Team leads and department heads see deploys, sharing and environment variable changes by day on the My team screen. People being supervised see their own record too.
